By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Radium Client (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.


1. License grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the Software or your licence
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code
  • Bypass, disable, or tamper with any security or licensing systems
  • Use the Software for commercial purposes without our prior written permission

2. Account and licence responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your licence key and account secure
  • All activity that occurs under your licence

Sharing or transferring access may result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Payments

  • Fees are as shown at checkout and may include one-time or recurring plans (for example lifetime or monthly), as offered from time to time.
  • You represent that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
  • Fraudulent or abusive payments may result in termination and possible blacklist.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Software in any unlawful way
  • Abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the Software or related services
  • Circumvent bans, protections, or restrictions we apply

5. Service availability

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Compatibility with all systems, Minecraft versions, or third-party servers
  • That the Software will remain undetected, unbanned, or free from interruption

The Software may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. Where reasonable, we aim to communicate material changes through our usual channels (for example Discord or the website).

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Software is error-free or uninterrupted
  • It will meet your expectations or requirements
  • Use will be free from detection, sanctions, or loss of access on third-party platforms

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers are not liable for:

  • Account bans or suspensions on games or services operated by third parties
  • Loss of in-game items, currency, progress, or reputation
  • Data loss, corruption, or damage to your device
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Your use of the Software is entirely at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or permanently revoke your licence if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the Software or its protections
  • You initiate chargebacks or abusive payment disputes

Upon termination, your access may be revoked immediately and no refunds will be provided unless we are required to provide them by mandatory law.

9. Chargebacks and disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in:

  • Immediate licence termination
  • Permanent restriction from future purchases or services

Contact support through official channels before disputing a charge so we can try to resolve the issue.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Software.
