1. General policy
Unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- You are buying a digital product
- Access or delivery may be immediate or near-immediate
- Where applicable, you may be waiving a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content once performance has begun with your agreement
2. No-refund situations
Refunds will not typically be provided for:
- Game or server bans, restrictions, or enforcement by third parties
- Incompatibility with specific servers, mods, or systems
- Not reading the product description, misunderstanding features, or “change of mind” after purchase
3. Exceptional cases
In rare cases, we may consider a refund or credit solely at our discretion, for example if the product is completely non-functional for you after reasonable support attempts. Any decision is final unless mandatory law says otherwise.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or abusive payment dispute:
- Your licence may be permanently revoked
- You may be restricted from future purchases
